All orders ship from our Chicago facility. Ground shipments are processed within two business days. Orders with an express shipping option selected are processed same business day if received by 1PM Central Time.

Please note that US Postal Service cannot insure shipments valued over $500. Orders over $500 should use UPS or FedEx shipping options.

Return policy: Orders can be refunded only for product returned to us within 60 days of purchase in new, unused condition. We cannot refund shipping charges.

Note to non-US customers: International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs charges, and duty applied at time of entry or delivery. All local taxes, customs charges, and duty are buyer's responsibility.
