Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
Ground shipments are processed within two business days. Orders with an express shipping option selected are processed same business day if received by 1PM local time (Central Time; GMT-6). Particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) order processing and deliveries may take longer than normal.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
Please note that US Postal Service cannot insure shipments valued over $500. Orders over $500 should use UPS or FedEx shipping options.

NOTE TO NON-US CUSTOMERS
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs charges, and duty applied at time of entry or delivery. All local taxes, customs charges, and duty are buyer's responsibility.

ORDER INSPECTION
You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under our Return Policy

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
