We spend much of our studio time on custom projects, often creating them by hand. Sometimes, a technique we discover is too compelling to leave behind.
For Team USA Bocuse d’Or platters in 2025, we developed a cut pattern that created a three-dimensional relief. We were taken by how the texture played with light and continued to experiment.
From those experiments came a set of Christmas ornaments. We’re producing a very limited edition run for this holiday season.
