Spaghett

Beer, Aperol, Lemon

The Spaghett is the Aperol Spritz’s unfussy, fun-loving younger brother. First mixed in 2016 by Reed Cahill at Wet City in Baltimore, it swaps sparkling wine for your favorite beer. This inherently opens the cocktail to a broader world of complexity, as you can have fun exploring whatever beer floats your proverbial boat. It’s delicious, easy drinking, and you can really go nuts playing with this one.

  • 1 beer
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 lemon wedge

Add the Aperol to a tall, chilled cocktail glass. Fill with beer, then top with a squeeze of lemon.
