20th Century Infusion

RECIPE

20th Century Infusion

Gin, Citrus, Mint, Honey

20th Century is a classic gin cocktail inspired by the romance of the grand era of railway travel.
The 20th Century Limited train ran from Chicago to New York from 1902 to 1967, and was widely considered to be one of the greatest passenger trains of all time.
We drew inspiration from this exclusive cocktail to create a gin infusion that includes oranges, lemons, mint, chocolate, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy it as-is, or use it as a base in your favorite gin cocktail.

First, make sure you've got the right tools for the job:

Next, let's make something delicious!

Inside the Porthole:

  • 1/2 blood orange or cara cara orange, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • several mint leaves
  • 20g cacao nibs
  • drizzle of Honey

Liquid to be Added:

  • 10-12oz your favorite gin

To Assemble and Serve:

Arrange the infusion ingredients inside the Porthole. Close the Porthole, tighten screw, and check the seal for good contact on both sides.

Add the gin to the assembled Porthole through the spout.

Best when infused at least 6-24 hours.

Tips:

  • Enjoy as-is, over ice, or used in your favorite gin cocktail.
