Inside the Porthole:
- 1/2 blood orange or cara cara orange, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- several mint leaves
- 20g cacao nibs
- drizzle of Honey
Liquid to be Added:
- 10-12oz your favorite gin
To Assemble and Serve:
Arrange the infusion ingredients inside the Porthole. Close the Porthole, tighten screw, and check the seal for good contact on both sides.
Add the gin to the assembled Porthole through the spout.
Best when infused at least 6-24 hours.
Tips:
- Enjoy as-is, over ice, or used in your favorite gin cocktail.
